1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the GO2CUT website, app, and services, operated by Depom LTD, trading as Go2Cut (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in England & Wales. By using GO2CUT, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and make bookings. By using GO2CUT you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows

GO2CUT connects clients with independent barbers. When you book, you enter into a service arrangement with that barber. Cancellation windows, rescheduling rules, and no-show policies are set by each barber and shown at the time of booking.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed through our secure payment partners. Prices for services are set by barbers. GO2CUT charges zero commission to barbers on their service revenue; any applicable platform or processing fees will be disclosed clearly before you confirm.

6. Barber Partners

Barbers join GO2CUT subject to verification and our partner standards. Partners are independent professionals responsible for the services they provide, their pricing, and compliance with applicable laws and licensing.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not post unlawful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Do not use GO2CUT for any fraudulent or harmful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The GO2CUT name, logo, design, and content are owned by Depom LTD (trading as Go2Cut) and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Depom LTD is not liable for the conduct of barbers or clients, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
