This policy explains how Go2Cut handles your personal data and uses cookies. It is written to meet the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Go2Cut is a barber booking platform operated by Egeo Labs ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for the information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

3. How we use your data & legal basis
- To process your application and contact you about Go2Cut — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract and our legitimate interest in growing the platform.
- Analytics and advertising — legal basis: your consent (you can accept or reject these cookies, and withdraw consent at any time).
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & similar technologies
By default, no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We use Google Consent Mode: these cookies are only activated after you select "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you "Reject", non-essential cookies are not used.

5. Who we share data with
We use trusted processors to run the service:
- Google (Analytics & Ads) — analytics and advertising measurement (only with your consent). See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Web3Forms — delivers your application form submission to us by email.
- Our hosting provider — stores and serves the website.
6. International transfers
Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep application data only as long as needed to evaluate and onboard your shop, or as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@go2cut.co.uk.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
